BOXING: 15-20 mins conditioning, 10 mins shadow boxing. 5 rounds of bag work 3 mins per round,1 mins break between round, then to abs core and cool down with stretching. This is consist of actual boxing combitions and footwork mix with counter defense. Age starting at 4 years old.
KICKBOXING: Like boxing workout program, consist of strikes with punches but now kicks are added. Its maximize the calories burning aspect which combine with real self defense combitions.
Mix Martial Arts: Boxing,kickboxing , elbows and knee strikes are added. Best way to burn up to 1000 cal per workout.
